Normally, I do not post on Thursday, but I just couldn't wait to tell you what we did last night!
First, we brought our wishes to the News-Herald, made some ornaments for them and put them on the Wishing Tree. We had hot cocoa, chatted with Cheryl Sadler, ate cookies and watched a few scenes of Christmas movies on the TV. We even learned a about what the News-Herald does, how they keep old archives saved in their library, and what happens in the Community Media Lab.
Then, we went over to a school function and picked up some very wonderful artwork done by my 3rd grader.
This is a cheetah, by the way :)
Afterwards, we took a nice stroll (well, I strolled, they ran) around downtown Willoughby to see the lights! We took 83 holiday photos tonight (just for fun) and I cannot tell you the last time that I saw my children in the most beautiful moods, the best light, and the most love.
What did you do last night?
My wish is that everyone in the world would have a family to love them.
See below for more information.
